- Use breadcrumbs trails
- Limit Number of Menu Options
- Keep your navigation consistent
- Show visitors where they are
- Show visitors where they have been
- Use readable fonts
- Make sure your company logo is linking to the home page

Tyrone, I am in the initial stages of developing an e-commerce website. I am interested in learning about the economics of e-commerce…profitability projections, size of market for my products, relationship of marketing/advertising budget to net operating income (rules of thumb) and similiar type information. Can you recommend a source for this information?
