Ask About Outsourcing Your Internet Business

October 26, 2009 by Tyrone

Continuing on from the 10 part video series on how to outsource your Internet business, it’s time for me to open up this for discussion. I’ve received a huge response asking me to create other videos and I will definitely do my best to add more to the blog. Before I do, I would like to share with you some of the questions that have been asked already:

  • How do you track outsourcers for the time they put in?
  • Can you start a brand new business from the ground up and do it all by outsourcing without knowing everything about Internet marketing?
  • How much should you outsource? All or only some aspects?
  • How do you prevent staff from stealing your ideas and personal information when you tell them about a project and don’t deliver?
  • How do you handle taxes in the US when you outsource an employee fulltime?

Ask Your Questions About Outsourcing

Now, for me to create more videos that will help you outsource your work, I would really appreciate if you could spend a few minutes answering some questions below:

Question 1: If you could learn from a coach who is an expert in this area about outsourcing an Internet business, what questions would you ask? (List as many questions as you want)

Question 2: Describe in a few words what is your main reason for outsourcing your Internet business? (e.g. more time, more money, expand business, travel, charity work, etc.)

Question 3: List some tasks you need staff to help you complete on a regular basis?

Question 4: Specify in hours the amount of time you want to work in your Internet business?

Question 5: If there was a coaching program to assist you with outsourcing your Internet business, how would you like the material to be presented? (You can select one or all)

    • Video presentations
    • Audio only recordings
    • Workbook and manual
    • All of the above

You can either

  1. Leave your answers in the comments section, or
  2. Answer them privately by clicking on this link.

Also as an incentive, I would like to give you a report that contains some really valuable interviews and 10 resources that I recommend to use when you complete this survey. So to get your report, simply answer the survey questions provided here or comment here.

Thank you and talk soon.

Krizia

Former Personal Chef Turned Blogger

Krizia is a former personal chef and a food writer. She specialized in French cuisine and I published a critically acclaimed lifestyle and bilingual French food guide that sold in Canada, France, the U.S., Germany and the U.K. The guide was voted by Air Canada En Route magazine.

She’s got a very interesting story and is someone who has successfully applied the concept of a print magazine to blogging in a niche market. One of her blogs talks about how to eat the right food to help anyone age well, which is at Eat Smart, Age Smart

She also has a second blog, which is a beauty review site that provides lots of information about which beauty products are good to use and lots of tips on beauty.

The reason why I interviewed Krizia was to find out how she generated around $5,000 a month from these two blogs in a short amount of time. Furthermore, her success story did come at a cost at the beginning and she will share this with you in the interview.

Yaro Starak

Yaro Starak is the first true Internet marketing expert I ever came across. I remember very clearly one night I was searching for ideas on how to improve my dragonboating business. If I had not been searching for Internet business strategies I would not have come across Yaro’s blog, Entrepreneurs-Journey. I connected with him straight away when I read his business time-line. Since then, Yaro has been both a mentor and friend I truly value. I love reading his blog posts and religiously apply his teachings about blogging.

In this interview you will hear Yaro explain how he became a professional blogger who makes over $500,000 a year and only works 2 hours a day. Though, it was not always smooth sailing because Yaro goes on to explain that he did put in a lot of hard work when he started his blog.

Yaro’s Blogging Journey

Since 1998, Yaro has created numerous Internet businesses that he has both managed and sold. As you find out from his blog, he documents his successes and failures from each of these businesses. Thanks to Yaro, we can learn from his mistakes and fast track our success, simply by applying the principles he teaches. Some of his coaching programs he has released are:

All of these programs provide more value than they are worth and that’s why I am happy to say they are definitely something I recommend checking out. Just to let you know, I am not trying to promote these coaching programs to you as they are currently closed for intake. So don’t be worried if that’s what you are thinking. My intentions are to show you how it’s possible to create products based on your own strengths and successes, similar to what Yaro has done (where his done exceptionally well in).

Recently I was chatting to a few people in the Blog Mastermind forum that I am part of and I came across an interesting article that Josh wrote. So after reading that article I decided to visit his website The World’s Strongest Librarian, which really intrigued me. Josh has an inspiring story that he shares and I was touched by what he has accomplished. It triggered me to contact him and get an interview so that he could share his story. Let me tell you more about who Josh is..

Josh Hanagarne: World’s Strongest Librarian

He claims to be a nobody and I don’t believe that to be true because he is the World’s Strongest Librarian according to his readers. Josh has had a life long battle with Tourette’s Syndrome, which in itself has it’s challenges and complications. Though, that has not let it get in the way of Josh’s life. His an inspiration because he writes great stories on his blog that encourages and supports others to be better. Additionally he shares how he became the World’s Strong Librarian using strengthening exercises that helped combat Tourette’s Syndrome.

The reason for the interview was two fold. One was to learn more about Josh and his inspiring story and two, he has a popular blog that captures a wide audience of readers. In the interview I asked Josh how he grew his blog and was able to feature a guest post on ProBlogger. Not everyone’s writing suits ProBlogger, so it was a great achievement.
