thanks tyrone. you really do need to think of your outsourced employees as an investment. it might even seem like you’re doing MORE work the first month or two they are with you. but once you’ve found one good employee that understands your business it can make a world of difference.
Your probably the first person I’ve ever seen explain outsourcing from this perspective.

There really is a lot of different tasks that you can assign to virtual staff. Currently I use virtual staff for most of my content writing needs. I have also been experimenting with virtual staff that help me with various marketing tasks.
