Otherwise congratulations on coming this far. In these next two final videos I will be talking more about how to manage your virtual and get them to complete the work in a timely manner..

In video 9, I’ll demonstrate how to break down your business and to find the tasks you need to outsource to your virtual staff. This video will also show you how to use a mind mapping software called FreeMind. This is a simple and effective strategy to knowing how your business works and how it can be outsourced in a systematic manner.

    Thanks Tyrone for letting me know about FreeMind. I never used it, i will give a try very soon. You also have couple of typos in the video, if you are very particular then edit it else leave it. I know i have tons of work that i can outsource but need to be streamlined before that. I don’t know how to pay for blog commenting, forum posting, link building, twittering, etc.. any tips?

    Hey James,

    Thanks for letting me know about the little typos. Could you specify which slide? Hope you also find FreeMind easy to use as well.

    In regards to the work to outsource and streamline, I would suggest to start hiring a Virtual Assistant (V.A) first to do your blog commenting, forum posting and all the rest of the tasks you mentioned. This was the first thing I outsourced to my V.A and she’s been doing it ever since. Once they have this in place you can gradually add more work for them.

    In the next couple of weeks I will be launching my Mastermind program which includes all these training videos which you can give to your V.A. and this will save you a lot of time.
