Leading up to Mass Outsource Mastermind program opening on Tuesday, 17th November 2009 at 9am US EST, I’ve produced another video for you, showing you exactly how to train your virtual staff. This information is different from anything else you’ve seen because I’ve shown you step by step exactly how I do it – and (more importantly) how you can do it too. Furthermore, I also give you a run down of what’s in my course:
I have a very specific way (and some may say uncanny) of outsourcing so that my business takes up as little of my time as possible – and training up your virtual staff is key – which is why I’m introducing you to this now.
If you haven’t seen my 10 FREE videos on how to outsource your business, visit www.massoutsource.com now. Remember to download my free report “Secrets Of Outsourcing Experts Revealed” which has lots of useful resources too!
Enjoy the videos and don’t forget to leave your comments here.

Thx for the Resources list! Although I am not at the stage of needing to outsource, it is great to see another Aussie out there living their dream through their career.
e-Hour is so what I need~ I am very unstructured and sometimes will trade for sweet potato rather than cash, so you can imagine how island style I am about time…

Great resource! Smart business owners work on their business and not in it. Outsourcing as much as you can is a great way to free you up to expand your business.

Hi,
I’m a student of Yaro’s and have been interested in your program simply because of his recommendation and the trust I put in him as a teacher. Alas, I have tried several different ways of contacting you to get my questions answered, all to no avail:
* asknreply – 3 tickets in the past 2 days
* various email addresses, including admin@massoutsource.com
* forum post today (11/16/09)
No help yet. No response other than autoresponder. No answers in the knowledgebase, no answers in the forum.
So I’m trying this now (an exact copy of my last email to support@massoutsource.com) to see if anyone is home. Is anyone home?
I was just getting ready to sign up for John Jonas’ program when I got Yaro’s email recommendation. I’d like to be supportive of one of his students, but there is no customer support from your end yet, so I cannot plunk down my hard-earned money with you unless I KNOW that someone is home.
Giving you the benefit of the doubt, but sadly, not for too much longer.

Yes outsourcing is definitely the key to growing a business. You can’t expect to be able to do everything yourself. You’d end up never finishing everything and you’d be be bound to do some things inadequately. Outsourcing frees up time and allows you to get help with weaknesses.

Hey Joy,
Sorry, that I didn’t your message earlier. I’m going to send you a personal email now to reply.
Thanks
Joy on Tue, 17th Nov 2009 12:53 pm
Thanks, Tyrone. I kept believing that I would finally reach someone and your private email was thoughtful, polite, and showed an awareness of the need to deal with a few tech problems. I’m particularly impressed that you did this at a time when you are swamped with work for your launch. So thanks for showing that you are a professional who cares about his reputation. I like that. And I just knew that Yaro wouldn’t have put his name behind you unless he knew that about you too.
I hope people read my comments here so that they can see that you mean business!

Hi,Nice Video.Staffing agencies charge the employers, not the employees, so there should be no fees involved for you to use the site/get referals.

Hi Tyrone, I remember dropping by here in your site long long ago. It’s good to be back and from what I see, you’ve taken this blog to the next level as a way to put up a business I guess. By the way, we have the same name – Tyrone.
Hopefully, you can drop by my site as well. I am more into personal finance, investments, business, and self-motivation.

Hey Tyrone,
Long time no see! It’s weird to say hello to someone with the same name…
Thanks for your support, and yes the blog has been growing and it’s been a fun ride. I will check out your blog and say hello!
Thanks again.

Actually, I don’t think you can. I think that they already have their staff, and I’m pretty sure that they aren’t letting anybody else…well, join.

Thanks for the tips. Your video really helped. I belong to an organisation that functions completely online, so it was helpful insight for us to create a similar model for our team.

I think that training personally is the best way of giving people required information. But sometimes it is impossible, especially when you work with people from the other side of the globe. In that case in my opinion the best way is to record a video or to talk using live conference with cameras and microphones.

I don’t like to cooperate with virtual staff, but something this is just unavoidable. There are some cases that you need to cooperate with someone from another side of the world, or country. But I still prefer real people and real contact.
