If you're a Jack of All Trades, you'll never become truly great at any one thing, you're just keeping yourself extremely busy. But once you make the decision to cancel out all the rest, filter out the noise and focus on your core competency, you not only save time and stress, but you get so much more out of the time you spend on your core competency. Even to complete newbie internet marketers, one thing I tell them they should do right from the start is outsource. Even if they make mistakes and waste some money doing so - just creating the habit of outsourcing and giving them some real experience will be so beneficial to them down the road.
